JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Content Strategy Intern to support the Content and Marketing team in planning, creating, and organizing content across digital platforms.
The intern will gain practical exposure to content planning, audience research, social media, campaign coordination, and content performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing content ideas and content calendars.
- Research relevant topics, trends, competitors, and audience interests.
- Support content planning for Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Assist in writing and refining captions, post content, scripts, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with the Design and Marketing teams to execute planned content.
- Monitor content performance using basic metrics such as reach, engagement, views, clicks, and conversions.
- Identify content formats and topics that perform well.
- Maintain records of published content and their performance.
- Assist in brainstorming campaigns, events, and promotional content.
- Support other content and marketing activities as assigned.
Expected Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and content interpretation skills.
- Creativity and ability to generate new content ideas.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Excel / Google Sheets is preferred.
- Willingness to learn digital marketing and content strategy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
Internship Outcomes
By the end of the internship, the intern should be able to:
- Develop a basic content strategy and content calendar.
- Conduct basic audience and competitor research.
- Create platform-specific content ideas.
- Track and interpret basic content performance metrics.
- Understand the complete content planning → execution → performance analysis cycle.
- Contribute independently to basic content planning and campaign activities.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
