Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Faculty Trainer to deliver high-quality training in Hotel Management and Hospitality programs. The candidate will primarily conduct theory classes in Food Production while also teaching subjects related to F&B Service, Front Office, and Housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging theory classes in Food Production.
- Conduct training sessions for F&B Service, Front Office, and Housekeeping departments.
- Ensure smooth and effective delivery of academic programs at the center.
- Monitor student progress and maintain high levels of student satisfaction.
- Work towards achieving zero student dropouts through regular engagement and support.
- Maintain student records, attendance, assessments, and academic documentation.
- Manage student administration and update data on CRM, Excel sheets, and physical files.
- Participate in academic planning, assessments, and student counseling activities.
- Ensure compliance with institutional standards and training procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Food Production, F&B Service, Front Office, and Housekeeping.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Ability to manage student records and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Prior teaching or hospitality industry experience will be preferred.
Experience
- 1–5 years of relevant teaching or industry experience preferred.
