- Welcome patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Register new patients and update existing patient records.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, optometrists, and diagnostic staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Collect consultation fees and generate bills.
- Maintain patient files and ensure all required documents are complete.
- Inform patients about follow-up visits and surgery schedules.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and patient-friendly.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies.
- Perform other front office and administrative duties assigned by the hospital management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
