Role
Drive business growth by generating leads, acquiring clients, and managing end-to-end B2B & Government sales cycles in Smart Infrastructure & ITS domain.
Key Responsibilities
Lead generation via tender portals (GeM/eProcurement), networking & outreach
Manage full sales cycle: Lead → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure
Handle solutions: VMS/VMD, LED Displays, Traffic Systems, Video Walls
Build relationships with Govt authorities, EPCs & System Integrators
Support tendering, BOQs & techno-commercial proposals
Track market trends & infrastructure opportunities
KPIs
Sales target achievement
New client acquisition
Conversion ratio & pipeline strength
Tender participation & win rate
Requirements
Freshers or experienced both can apply
For experienced :-at least 2 yrs in B2B / Govt Sales
B.Tech / Diploma / MBA (Marketing preferred)
Experience in ITS / Smart City / Infrastructure / EPC / LED
Strong communication, negotiation & CRM skills
Ability to understand tenders & technical specs
