Job Description
We are hiring energetic and dedicated Collection Officers to join the IDFC FIRST Bharat team through Adroit Global Personal Services. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customers and follow up on overdue loan repayments.
Build positive relationships with customers while ensuring timely collections.
Explain repayment options and resolve customer queries.
Update daily collection reports and maintain accurate records.
Achieve monthly collection targets while following company policies and RBI guidelines.
Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate / 3-Year Diploma
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Age: Below 35 years.
Immediate joiners preferred.
DRA-certified candidates will have an added advantage.
