Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision and design direction for weddings and special events.
- Develop themes, mood boards, color palettes, and design concepts based on client briefs.
- Create visually compelling presentations and concept decks for client pitches.
- Oversee décor, floral styling, stage design, installations, signage, and guest experience elements.
- Collaborate with fabricators, production teams, designers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct venue visits and conceptualize layouts, styling, and spatial designs.
- Supervise event setup and on-site styling to maintain design quality and consistency.
- Source materials, props, décor elements, and creative vendors.
- Stay updated on wedding, luxury, hospitality, and design trends.
- Manage creative budgets and timelines while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in event design, wedding design, interior styling, visual merchandising, or related creative fields.
- Strong portfolio showcasing event concepts, décor styling, and experiential design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with SketchUp, AutoCAD, or 3D visualization software is preferred.
- Strong understanding of materials, fabrication, lighting, and production processes.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during event execution.

IMMEDIATE JOINERS WILL BE PREFERRED
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
