Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

The Product Owner is responsible for the product features from concept to End-of-life.
-
Roadmap visualization and to bring innovative solutions and tasks for the team.
-
Works with development team to ensure that they understand the vision for the product and are inspired and motivated to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency
-
Works with architects, product managers and development teams to ensure that business, quality and functional goals are met on time with each product development
-
Understand both the engineering and business side of the product development and is ultimately responsible for representing the end user’s needs
-
Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories to ensure that the team is working on features that maximize business value
-
Collaborate with product architect(s) and product managers to translate business requirements into user stories for the development teams to implement
-
Work with scrum master and technical leads to estimate the user stories and decompose them into actionable development tasks, and determine scope and priorities for individual sprints
-
Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally
Business Management & Market intelligence:
-
Align with countries in Europe Hub to boost & drive Busway offers. Needs in-depth knowledge of IEC standards and constructional and functional aspects of Busways.

Align with League Marketing to build Conventional Busway roadmap.
-
Understands & prepares Detailed product analysis of Competition products.
-
Prepare Business Cases with detailed market & competition data.
-
Work closely with Productivity team for QVE.
-
Understand R&D, Industrialization functioning for smooth project execution.
-
Gain & share product gaps & improvement inputs with the team.
(External) English Qualifications:
Pre-requisites for the role:
-
BE/BTech/ME/MTech (Mechanical, Electrical, or Engineering in any other relevant field), MBA preferred
-
Good Market and product knowledge of Low Voltage Busways/Equipment’s/Systems portfolio is must.
-
Min 8-10 years’ work experience in LV Distribution portfolio and experience in Product Development is preferred
-
Good Competition product knowledge and LV application knowledge
Nice to have criteria:
-
Worked in Product Owner/Manager role or worked in any Business role like Marketing/BD/Key accounts/sales.

Has R&D/Agile working background with Product development experience
-
Has worked earlier with any competition like Siemens, ABB, Eaton.
