Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes where applicable.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support office operations.
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and callers.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
