We are seeking an experienced and result-driven – Manager - Sales & Marketing to drive project-based sales in the pharma and cleanroom industry. The role involves end-to-end sales responsibility—from lead generation to project execution—along with strong client relationship management and commercial negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities in pharma, cleanroom equipment, and process equipment sectors
- Identify and develop a strong pipeline through networking, research, and industry connections
- Engage with clients to understand technical and commercial requirements
- Deliver customized presentations and propose suitable solutions in coordination with technical teams
- Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, payment terms, and contract finalization
- Manage complete project lifecycle from order confirmation to execution and closure
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, finance) for timely project delivery
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and consultants
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 03–05 years of experience in project sales (Pharma / Cleanroom / Process Equipment preferred)
- Strong understanding of B2B project sales cycle
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong client relationship management ability
- Good project management and coordination skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office
- Willingness to travel extensively (field + office work)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
