1. Spare Parts Inventory Management
- Maintain optimum stock levels of Honda genuine parts.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory.
- Ensure availability of critical service and accident repair parts.
- Conduct regular stock verification and cycle counts.
- Minimize dead stock and inventory losses.
2. Parts Procurement & Ordering
- Raise purchase orders to Honda-approved suppliers/OEM systems.
- Track pending orders and emergency parts requirements.
- Coordinate with Honda regional warehouse/distributors.
- Ensure timely replenishment of workshop consumables and spare parts.
3. Workshop Coordination
- Support service advisors and technicians with timely parts issue.
- Ensure smooth parts flow for vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Reduce vehicle waiting time due to parts unavailability.
- Coordinate for warranty parts handling and returns.
4. Customer Handling & Counter Sales
- Attend retail customers for spare parts inquiries.
- Explain parts pricing, availability, and alternatives.
- Handle institutional/fleet/customer spare requirements.
- Improve customer satisfaction through quick service.
5. System & Documentation Management
- Maintain accurate entries in HIRISE software.
- Generate GRN, invoices, stock reports, and issue slips.
- Maintain warranty claim records and return documentation.
- Ensure audit-ready documentation.
6. Team Management
- Supervise storekeepers, counter sales staff, and warehouse assistants.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity.
- Train staff on Honda genuine parts identification and processes.
- Maintain discipline and workplace safety.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
