We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Aesthetics Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our aesthetic clinic. The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving revenue and patient growth, managing the clinic team, ensuring exceptional patient experience, maintaining operational standards, and achieving business targets.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales, customer service, and clinic management skills, with a good understanding of aesthetic treatments and the healthcare/wellness industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesBranch Operations
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the aesthetics clinic.
- Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, therapists, front office, sales, and support teams.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, clinic presentation, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Monitor appointment schedules, patient flow, staff productivity, and clinic capacity.
- Manage inventory, consumables, equipment, and other branch resources effectively.
Business & Revenue Growth
- Take ownership of monthly and annual branch revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase patient acquisition, repeat visits, treatment conversions, and referrals.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue.
- Drive package sales, memberships, treatment plans, and cross-selling opportunities ethically and appropriately.
- Track key performance indicators such as revenue, consultations, conversion rate, average bill value, repeat rate, and customer acquisition.
Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team to achieve operational and sales objectives.
- Set individual and team targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
- Identify training requirements and coordinate coaching and skill development.
- Handle employee concerns, discipline, attendance, and performance-related matters in accordance with company policies.
Patient Experience
- Ensure every patient receives a professional, personalized, and positive experience.
- Monitor patient feedback, complaints, reviews, and satisfaction levels.
- Resolve escalated patient concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with patients and encourage retention and referrals.
- Ensure transparent communication regarding treatments, packages, pricing, and follow-up.
Marketing & Business Development
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute local marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for corporate tie-ups, partnerships, events, and local business development.
- Support social media, promotional, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Monitor lead generation and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, inventory, collections, and operational KPIs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Coordinate with management and central teams on business, HR, finance, marketing, and operational matters.
- Ensure proper cash handling, billing, collections, and financial controls.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in branch management, clinic management, hospitality, retail, wellness, dermatology, or aesthetics.
- Experience managing a team and achieving revenue/sales targets.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management and sales processes.
- Knowledge of aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetology, or wellness services is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Comfortable working with targets, reports, CRM systems, and basic financial metrics.
