We are seeking a highly experienced Site HR Admin & Compliance professional with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clra bocw regulations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR administrative functions at the site
- Ensure compliance with clra, bcow regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Conduct training sessions on compliance requirements
- Collaborate with management to address any compliance issues
Work Experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR administration
- Expertise in clra, bcow regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
