Key Responsibilities
Lead overall business operations and strategic growth initiatives.
Drive innovation in biotechnology and biological product development.
Oversee production, quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Expand domestic and international markets through strategic business development.
Build and lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
Manage financial performance, profitability, and long-term business strategy.
Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Agricultural Microbiology, Fermentation Technology, or a related Life Sciences discipline.
MBA or equivalent management qualification is an added advantage.
Experience
12–15 years of relevant experience in biotechnology, agri-biotech, biological inputs, or fermentation industries.
Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven expertise in commercial-scale fermentation operations, biological product commercialization, and business management.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
