The Communication Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs to enhance employees' verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. The role includes conducting workshops, assessing learning outcomes, providing coaching and feedback, and developing training materials. The trainer collaborates with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and improve communication effectiveness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver communication and soft skills training.
- Develop training content and learning materials.
- Assess participants and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.
- Support employees in improving workplace communication and presentation skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
