Clinical Pychologist Kochi, Kerala Permanent Role
- Conduct confidential counseling sessions to address the mental health and well-being of staff members.
- Administer psychological assessments and provide appropriate interventions based on individual needs.
- Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement mental health and well-being initiatives for the staff. Assist in the development and implementation of workplace policies that promote mental health awareness and support.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and interventions. Provide consultation to management on staff-related mental health matters.
- Stay informed about current trends and research in workplace psychology and mental health.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
