Job Summary
We are urgenly seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with mandatory hands-on experience in GST, Income Tax, and ROC compliance to manage accounting, auditing, taxation, compliance, and financial advisory functions. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring statutory compliance, financial accuracy, strong internal controls, and supporting management in financial decision-making.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Reporting
- Maintain and oversee books of accounts in compliance with Accounting Standards (Ind AS / AS)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Finalization of balance sheet, profit & loss account, and schedules
- Ensure accuracy of financial records and reconciliations
Audit & Assurance
- Conduct statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits
- Review internal control systems and suggest improvements
- Prepare audit reports and coordinate with auditors
Taxation (Mandatory Experience)
- GST: Returns, reconciliation, audits, and handling notices
- Income Tax: Computation, filing, and assessments
- Tax planning and advisory
Compliance & ROC (Mandatory Experience)
- ROC filings (AOC-4, MGT-7, ADT-1, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act and other applicable laws
Financial Management & Advisory
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Cash flow and working capital management
- Support management in strategic financial decisions
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Mandatory experience in GST, Income Tax, and ROC work
- Relevant industry experience preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, GST & Income Tax portals
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Remuneration
As per industry standards and experience
