Job Description: As a Physics Foundation Faculty, you will be responsible for creating an engaging classroom environment, simplifying complex scientific concepts, and mentoring students to achieve academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver interactive, high-impact Physics lectures for Class 9th and 10th students.
- Strictly follow the curriculum and academic planner to ensure timely syllabus completion.
- Design and evaluate daily practice problems (DPPs), mock tests, and study materials.
- Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions to ensure absolute conceptual clarity.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback to students and parents during Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
- Maintain high energy and discipline inside the classroom in alignment with Unacademy’s teaching standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: B.Tech, B.Sc, or M.Sc in Physics or a related field from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a reputed coaching institute, specifically for Foundation, NTSE, or Olympiad batches.
- Skills: Excellent command over the subject matter, strong communication skills (English and Hindi), and the ability to connect with young students.
- Requirement: Must be willing to provide a short teaching demo as part of the interview process.
