Responsibilities
- Handle HR operations, recruitment & onboarding
- Ensure compliance with labor laws & statutory requirements
- Draft & implement HR policies, employee engagement initiatives
- Manage audits, documentation & reporting
- Support management in grievance handling & disciplinary actions
Qualifications
- MBA/MMS/MSW or In Personnel Management or LLB
- 7 to 8 yrs experience in HR & compliance roles in food industry
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance & HR systems
- Strong communication, problem-solving & organizational skills
- Stability is a must
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Food industry: 5 years (Preferred)
