Job Description
We are looking for experienced Anaplan Support Specialists (Lead) and Support Analysts to provide production support for Anaplan Supply Chain Planning (APS) solutions.
Key Skills:
- Anaplan APS support and run management
- Supply Chain Planning experience
- ERP integration (SAP preferred)
- Incident management and root cause analysis
- Anaplan model optimization and troubleshooting
Required Skills
- 7+ years of overall IT experience with 3–5+ years of Anaplan APS support in Supply Chain Planning.
- Anaplan Certified Solution Architect, Senior Model Builder, or Certified Model Builder.
- Experience with production support, run management, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Anaplan model architecture, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with SAP and other ERP systems.
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure data integration and monitoring is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
