Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the Human Resources function for our upcoming Hospital & Medical College. The role involves recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, performance management, and implementation of HR policies and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, faculty, administrative and support staff.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, induction and exit formalities.
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave management and HRMS.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and employee handbook.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and dashboards for management.
- Work closely with department heads to support smooth HR operations.
Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources or MBA in Hospital Management preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Prior experience in a hospital, healthcare institution or medical college preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll and labour compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in hospital recruitment and HR operations.
- Familiarity with NABH documentation and healthcare HR practices.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
