Job Title: HR Recruiter (Field Recruitment)
Location: Kolkata and Outstation Travel as Required
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring blue-collar workforce for various project locations. The candidate must be willing to travel extensively to different cities, industrial areas, and project sites to conduct recruitment drives and fulfill manpower requirements within stipulated timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit blue-collar manpower such as Operators, Helpers, Firemen, Technicians, Electricians, Welders, Fitters, and other skilled/semi-skilled/ unskilled workers.
- Visit different locations, project sites, job fairs, training institutes, and local markets for recruitment activities.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and document verification.
- Coordinate with site management to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely deployment.
- Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Handle joining formalities and coordinate with candidates until onboarding.
- Develop local recruitment networks and vendor relationships for continuous manpower sourcing.
- Ensure recruitment targets are achieved within deadlines.
- Travel frequently as per business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in blue-collar hiring.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across different locations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, boiler, construction, or facility management recruitment.
- Strong negotiation and candidate handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet manpower deadlines.
