A. Internal Operations Domain
- Execute the FCPL Organisational Operating Framework daily across all 11 departments
- Chair internal reviews, department syncs, and escalation meetings in the CMD's absence
- Monitor KPAs, flag underperformance early, and ensure the FC Constitution and Penalty system is applied consistently and without personal bias
- Uphold FC-PDS™ and FC-SEP™ standards across Production, QC, and Dispatch
- Act as the CMD's relay node across the COO, Design/R&D;, Finance, and all operational departments
- Maintain internal documentation, decision logs, and communication records within the CMD Replica system
B. External Engagement Domain
- Handle first-level external communication on the CMD's behalf — clients, government contacts, JV partners, and exhibition leads
- Represent FCPL at client meetings, site visits, and industry events when the CMD is unavailable — always with a CMD-approved briefing document
- Execute the BD Guideline and Government BD Intelligence Playbook — pipeline discipline, structured follow-ups, CRM hygiene
- Manage GCC, KSA, and European partner correspondence strictly within the frameworks set by the CMD
- Draft proposals, client responses, and key communications in the CMD's editorial voice — for CMD approval before dispatch
- Coordinate with the Domestic BD Head and GCC BD Head without overriding their mandates
c.Always-On Cross-Domain Responsibilities
- Deliver a structured daily debrief to the CMD — what moved, what stalled, what needs a CMD-level decision
- Operate and maintain the CMD Replica platform — log, track, and surface decisions for CMD review
- Monitor the tone and quality of all communication going out under FCPL's name or the CMD's identity
- Escalate proactively — never reactively — the moment a situation exceeds their defined authority threshold
Language Proficiency
- Excellent written and spoken English and Hindi — non-negotiable
- Gujarati is a strong operational advantage
- Arabic or any European language is an additional asset.
BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS
Academic Background
- Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial) OR MBA in Operations, Marketing, or Strategy
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP), Six Sigma, or equivalent are a strong advantage
- Discipline matters less than the ability to think in systems and communicate with precision
Professional Experience
- 5 to 8 years of total experience — not less, not significantly more
- Must have worked in a B2B industrial, manufacturing, or engineering-driven organisation
- Exposure to at least two of the following: internal operations or project coordination; client-facing BD or key account management; government or institutional sector dealings; international or export-oriented business
- Proven track record of working directly under a Founder, CMD, or strong senior leader — understands proximity to authority and how to exercise it responsibly
- Experience in companies with 50 to 500 employees is the preferred range — systemic enough to understand process, lean enough to have rolled up their sleeves
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
