Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, understanding their study abroad requirements, qualifying leads, and scheduling counselling appointments for our expert counsellors.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from company-generated leads.
- Handle inbound enquiries professionally and convert them into appointments.
- Understand students' education and career goals.
- Explain our overseas education and immigration services.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and emails.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with counsellors to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.
- Build positive relationships with students through effective communication.
Requirements
- Minimum Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome. Candidates with telecalling, sales, BPO, customer service, or education counselling experience will be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Punjabi will be an added advantage.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM systems.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
