We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR, Admin & Finance Executive with 3–5 years of experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, office administration, and basic finance activities while ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Finance will be an added advantage
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding of employees
- Attendance, leave, and employee records management
- Payroll coordination and statutory compliance support
- Employee engagement and grievance handling
- Performance review coordination and HR documentation
Administration
- Office administration and facility management
- Vendor management and procurement coordination
- Travel, accommodation, and event arrangements
- Maintaining office assets and administrative records
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations
Finance & Accounts
- Handling petty cash and expense tracking
- Invoice processing and vendor payment coordination
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable activities
- Maintaining financial records and supporting audits
- Basic bookkeeping and MIS report preparation
- Coordination with CA and external consultants for compliance activities
Real Estate Industry Exposure
- Experience in handling project-related documentation
- Coordination with sales, CRM, and project teams
- Knowledge of real estate operational processes will be preferred
- Understanding of vendor contracts, agreements, and project-related administrative activities
Software Skills
- MS Excel (Advanced Preferred)
- MS Office Suite
- Tally / ERP Software
- HRMS Software (Preferred)
