Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Data entry Executive with 1–2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent typing speed, strong internet research skills, and the ability to source, validate, organize, and maintain high-quality business data from various online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and collect business and contact information from online databases, websites, social media platforms, and other relevant sources.
- Conduct market research to identify potential companies, industries, and target prospects.
- Gather, verify, and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems with high-quality information.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Clean, enrich, and standardize data to ensure consistency.
- Generate reports and summaries based on sourced data and research findings.
- Support business development, sales, and marketing teams with accurate and actionable data.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing targets.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Data Sourcing, Market Research, Data Entry, Lead Generation, or related fields.
- Excellent typing speed (40–50 WPM preferred).
- Strong internet research and data mining skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Ability to identify, validate, and organize business information from multiple online sources.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with CRM tools and databases.
- Knowledge of data validation, enrichment, and cleansing techniques.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, company directories, and online research tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
