This is not a traditional QA role. We are looking for a self-driven Automation Engineer who enjoys working at the intersection of Data Engineering, AI Validation, and Test Automation.
You will play a key role in designing and building data validation frameworks that ensure the accuracy, reliability, and quality of clinical data pipelines powering AI systems used by over 1 million patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable data validation frameworks from scratch.
- Build automated tests to validate data ingestion, transformation, and processing pipelines.
- Define and implement data quality checks for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity.
- Develop test suites to validate AI model outputs, agent decisions, and clinical recommendations.
- Identify regressions, data drift, and unexpected AI behavior through automated validation.
- Create and maintain functional, integration, regression, and performance test suites.
- Integrate automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, ML Engineers, Product Managers, and Engineering teams.
- Drive validation initiatives independently from requirement gathering to deployment.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Automation Testing, QA Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of automation testing concepts and framework design.
- Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting.
- Experience or exposure to Databricks, Spark, PySpark, or similar data platforms.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in data validation and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, or Unity Catalog.
- Exposure to AI/ML testing and validation concepts.
- Experience with data quality tools such as Great Expectations, Soda, or dbt.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with API testing and REST-based integrations.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7 or FHIR is a plus.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
