Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers over calls and explain personal loan services
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets
- Update customer information accurately in the system

Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic sales and customer handling skills preferred
- Fluency in Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada required
