We are looking for a detailed-oriented Graphic Designer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will focus on high-quality design execution, print layout production, and supporting our UK-based clients.

- Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant industry experience.
- Location/Shift: Must be comfortable working a shift between 01:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Midnight) IST to align with UK business hours.
- Communication: Good English communication skills are required for collaborating on UK accounts.
- Leave Policy: Follows the UK Holiday Calendar instead of local holidays.
Skills: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Canva.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and team members to conceptualize and create visually compelling designs for a wide range of projects, including but not limited to print materials, digital graphics, branding, and marketing collateral.
- Understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience to develop design solutions that effectively communicate the desired message.
- Execute design projects from concept to completion, adhering to established timelines and budgets.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance your design capabilities.
- Ensure consistency in design elements, color schemes, and typography throughout all projects to maintain brand identity and visual integrity.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team, including copywriters, photographers, and illustrators, to ensure seamless integration of design and content.
- Take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, effectively managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Provide constructive feedback and participate in design critiques to refine design concepts and improve overall quality.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in graphic design tools and techniques, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.

Pay: ₹9,483.15 - ₹33,105.39 per month
