· Guest/Client Services: Welcoming visitors, handling check-ins/check-outs, and acting as the main point of contact.
· Communication Management:Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
· Administrative Tasks: Scheduling appointments, booking meetings, filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
· Safety & Security: Maintaining security by controlling access, managing visitor logs, and following safety procedures.
· Financial Transactions: Handling payments, issuing invoices, and managing guest folios.
· Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaising with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to fulfill requesting
· Office Maintenance & Logistics: Keeping the front desk and reception area tidy, monitoring office supplies, and ordering new stock when needed.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
