Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration and deployment of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to maintain project momentum and quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical objectives with business goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Programming Languages & Frameworks (Java 18+, Spring Boot), API Development (RESTful APIs, GraphQL, OpenAPI/Swagger)
- Strong experience in developing scalable and maintainable applications using Java frameworks.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with application configuration, deployment, and performance tuning.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in software applications.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
