ROLE PURPOSE
Establish and operationalize the National Cadet Corps programme for Classes VIII–IX (Girls) at Ramagya School, Sector 50. Deliver structured NCC curriculum aligned with institutional standards while developing cadet discipline, leadership competencies, and physical fitness outcomes measurable through quarterly assessments and annual NCC certifications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Design and deliver NCC theory and practical sessions with documented lesson plans aligned to NCC syllabus and institutional standards
2. Conduct formative and summative assessments using standardized evaluation rubrics and maintain individual cadet progress records
3. Achieve minimum 80% student progression through NCC ranks with documented skill acquisition and certification completion annually
4. Maintain consistent classroom discipline through attendance logs, conduct reports, and ensure zero safety incidents
5. Manage NCC uniforms and equipment inventory with quarterly audits and accountability records
6. Coordinate inter-school NCC competitions and represent school cadets in district/state-level events
7. Generate and communicate monthly progress reports to parents and senior management with minimum 4/5 satisfaction rating
8. Maintain MS Office documentation for roster management, assessment records, and parent communication
9. Ensure compliance with NCC directorate guidelines and school safety protocols during all training sessions
