We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, and measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Campaign Management
* Plan, execute, optimize, and scale Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
* Drive lead generation and improve key metrics such as CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates
* Conduct audience testing, A/B testing, and funnel optimization
* Develop ad angles, hooks, and messaging based on customer behavior and insights
* Manage advertising budgets efficiently across multiple campaigns
Funnel, Tracking & Analytics
* Build and optimize complete marketing funnels from ads to landing pages and CRM systems
* Ensure accurate conversion tracking setup including Pixels, Events, GTM, and integrations
* Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Data Studio, and reporting tools
* Identify performance gaps and implement data-driven solutions
Strategy & Collaboration
* Collaborate with content, design, video, SEO, and social media teams for campaign execution
* Contribute to content strategy, short-form creatives, and ad concepts
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance
* Use AI tools to improve ad copy, targeting, workflows, and productivity
Client Communication & Ownership
* Handle client communication through reports, calls, Slack, and email updates
* Present campaign insights, recommendations, and growth strategies to clients
* Take ownership of campaign performance and ensure timely execution
* Build internal systems, workflows, and documentation for process improvement
* Mentor junior team members and support team development when required
Required Skills & Experience
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
* Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
* Experience with lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
* Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and marketing funnels
* Familiarity with tools like GA4, Data Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Zapier, Notion, and CRM systems
* Experience with WhatsApp Ads and automation tools is a plus
* Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Good communication and client management skills
* Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
* Portfolio or case studies showcasing campaign results
* Active LinkedIn or professional social media presence preferred
* Experience with GHL, Vapi, or automation workflows is an advantage

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
