Skills Required
• MBA (Finance)/B.Com/M.Com with 3–5 years of experience in Bank Loan/CLO Operations.
• Good understanding of the syndicated loan and CLO lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with WSO, Markit – ClearPar, Geneva.
• Basic understanding of CLO structures, Warehouse , and CLO Lifecycle.
• Familiarity with CLO Compliance, Collateral & Coverage Tests, and Trustee reporting is preferred.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities
The role will involve the following critical activities:
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly loan, cash, position, and interest reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve cash, position, and trade breaks.
• Coordinate with clients, custodians, agents, and counterparties for issue resolution.
• Process trade settlements, wire movements, and loan lifecycle events (rollovers, repricing, resets, amendments).
• Prepare assignment and participation documentation.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational controls.
• Support process improvements and train junior team members
