Remote – India | Paralegal | U.S. EASTERN TIME HOURS
Personal injury law firm seeking an experienced remote paralegal. You will assist the attorney and office manager with client intake and general law firm operations. You will also provide assistance with client medical management. Prior experience with personal injury required. Multilingual Urdu and Punjabi and English.
Seeking a Multilingual Paralegal to serve as a Client relationship manager that has prior experience as a Case Manager with experience supporting New York Personal Injury practice. This fully remote position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in legal operations.
Key Responsibilities
Intake and screening potential personal injury clients Litigation funding and surgery/medical coordination for clients Create and organize client files in Microsoft 365 and other legal case management systems Prioritize file openings based on daily case reports Enter accurate client and case information into systems Perform quality checks to ensure data completeness and consistency Coordinate with attorneys for review and required actions Track case progress and follow up on pending tasks Confirm readiness of cases for next steps in the workflow Weekly follow-up with clients
Qualifications
Fluent in Urdu and Punjabi and English (spoken and written) Prior experience with New York personal injury (required) Familiarity with legal case management software is a plus Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills Organized, dependable, and able to manage tasks independently
Schedule: Full-time | REQUIRED: Must work U.S. Eastern Time (ET) hours
Pay: $800-$1000 USD per month (₹69,000–₹86,000 per month)

Requirements:
Multilingual (Urdu, Punjabi, and English). Candidates must be available to work a full-time schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (ET). This is a required condition of the position, not flexible local India working hours. Candidates must also have their own computer and a stable internet connection for remote work.
