We are looking for a research-oriented and brand-driven Consultant Physiotherapist with advanced clinical skills and a passion for continuous learning.
The ideal candidate will not only excel in treatment but also contribute to clinic development, brand visibility, and innovation in physiotherapy practice.
This role demands strong diagnostic abilities, advanced manual therapy skills, and a consultant mindset rather than a technician approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy care in musculoskeletal and orthopedic cases.
- Apply and integrate advanced techniques including:
- Dry Needling Therapy
- Manual Therapy
- Chiropractic Principles
- Myofascial Release
- Advanced Exercise Therapy
- Conduct clinical research and assist in protocol development to improve treatment outcomes.
- Play a proactive role in clinic growth, brand building, and community outreach.
- Display excellent communication skills to build rapport with patients and attract new clients.
- Show strong interest in new approaches, innovations, and not just follow traditional methods.
- Work independently as a clinical consultant, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a coachable attitude and engage in regular skill upgradation and training programs.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in relevant specializations.
- Certifications in advanced dry needling, manual therapy, chiropractic techniques, and exercise therapy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-driven, research-oriented, and willing to take initiative in clinical and operational development.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for innovation and evidence-based practice.
