We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Checker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality inspection, engineering drawings, and precision measuring instruments. You will be responsible for ensuring that incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products meet the company's quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections according to quality standards.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Gauge.
- Identify quality defects and prepare inspection reports.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of quality inspection processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience with Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Gauge.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong analytical, observation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–2 years of experience in Quality Inspection within the Manufacturing Industry.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
