The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, storage, dispatch, staff supervision, safety compliance, and maintaining accurate stock records. The role requires ensuring efficient movement of goods while minimizing losses and supporting the company's sales and distribution network.
Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations
- Manage day-to-day warehouse activities.
- Ensure proper storage of all products according to company standards.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory practices wherever applicable.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation.
- Investigate and report stock discrepancies.
- Reduce inventory losses and damages.
Inward & Outward Logistics
- Supervise unloading and inspection of incoming goods.
- Ensure proper documentation for inward materials.
- Coordinate timely dispatch of customer orders.
- Verify packing quality before dispatch.
Team Management
- Supervise warehouse supervisors, storekeepers, and helpers.
- Assign daily work schedules.
- Monitor employee productivity.
- Conduct training on warehouse procedures and safety.
Documentation
- Maintain:
- Goods Receipt Notes (GRN)
- Delivery Challans
- Stock Registers
- Dispatch Records
- Return Registers
- Ensure all ERP/Excel records are updated accurately.
Safety & Compliance
- Maintain workplace safety standards.
- Ensure proper handling of batteries, engines, chemicals, and agricultural equipment.
- Monitor fire safety equipment.
- Conduct periodic safety inspections.
Warehouse Optimization
- Improve storage utilization.
- Reduce loading and unloading time.
- Suggest process improvements.
- Minimize operational costs.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
