Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Marketplace Management
- Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, or the company’s own website.
- Monitor platform health, seller metrics, and account performance on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely inventory updates, pricing changes, and stock management.
- Ensure all product pages are complete, accurate, and optimized for platform search algorithms.
Advertising & Paid Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Google Shopping, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and keyword targeting to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Monitor ad performance regularly and make data-driven adjustments to improve CTR, conversions, and overall campaign ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to identify best-performing strategies.
- Generate weekly and monthly ad performance reports for stakeholders.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyse key e-commerce metrics including traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV (Average Order Value), and revenue.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Seller Central Reports, or platform dashboards to derive actionable insights.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in performance and present findings to the management team.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor overall e-commerce health.
Cataloguing & Content
- Create, upload, and manage product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and attributes.
- Ensure all catalogue data adheres to platform-specific guidelines and best practices.
- Optimize product content with relevant keywords to improve organic search ranking and visibility.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for high-quality product images, A+ content, and enhanced brand content.
- Perform regular catalogue audits to identify and fix errors, duplicate listings, or suppressed products.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 4+years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, ads management, and catalogue management.
- Prior experience working with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms is preferred.
Tools & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or equivalent marketplace dashboards.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with catalogue management tools and bulk upload processes (flat files, data feeds).
- Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
- Understanding of SEO principles as applicable to product listings and e-commerce platforms.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
