Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Continental Breakfast Chef for our café kitchen team. The candidate should be skilled in preparing high-quality continental breakfast dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring fast and efficient breakfast service.
The ideal candidate must be passionate about food presentation, consistency, and working in a fast-paced café environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare continental breakfast items such as:
- Eggs (Omelette, Scrambled, Poached, Sunny Side Up)
- Pancakes & Waffles
- Sandwiches & Toasts
- Salads & Breakfast Bowls
- Pasta & Light Café Meals
- Ensure food quality, taste consistency, and attractive plating.
- Handle breakfast mise en place and kitchen preparation.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Monitor inventory and report stock requirements.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for timely order delivery.
- Reduce food wastage and maintain portion control.
- Keep kitchen stations clean and organized.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years experience as a Continental Chef / Breakfast Chef.
- Experience in cafés, restaurants, hotels, or cloud kitchens preferred.
- Knowledge of continental cuisine and breakfast operations.
- Ability to work during morning shifts and busy service hours.
- Basic understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Culinary diploma or hotel management qualification preferred.

- Experience with café-style menus and modern plating.
- Basic bakery and egg station expertise.
- Multi-tasking and time management abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
