About the Role
A growing healthcare and fitness company in Chennai runs an online fitness and weight-loss program for women across India. Leads are coming in through digital channels — we need someone sharp to follow up, build rapport, and convert them into paying members. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries from website and ad campaigns via phone and WhatsApp
- Understand the prospect's goal (weight loss, fitness, posture) and recommend the right program
- Convert enquiries into enrolled members
- Maintain consistent follow-up on pending leads without letting them go cold
- Coordinate with the online training team to ensure smooth onboarding of new members
What We're Looking For
- Strong spoken and written English — clear, confident, and warm
- Extroverted and comfortable initiating conversations with strangers
- Target-oriented; motivated by results and incentives
- Quick learner — able to understand fitness and wellness concepts and explain them simply
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, calls, and basic digital tools
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or wellness is an advantage — not required
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
