We are looking for a Construction Technology specialist with a keen inclination towards contributing and scaling up training and technical content for the internal Learning & Development (L&D) team. We are looking for a specialist with an expertise in Construction Technologies and BIM tools to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs. The role focuses on enabling new joiners and existing teams to understand end-to-end construction processes, interpret construction drawings and effectively use BIM tools. We are looking for an individual who has strong background in construction technology and is keen and passionate about delivering learning content to ensure learner’s engagement and effectiveness in their roles.
The candidate will collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), translate technical knowledge into structured learning content, and facilitate engaging training sessions with an eye on performing effectively, reducing errors, and supporting business objectives.
Core Responsibilities:

Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and job analysis, SME meetings

Develop customized materials and deliver in-person training on technical topics related to the processes/ software/ tools used in construction management, such as:
-
Construction Engineering, Design Coordination, Model Authoring, Shop drawings generation, Model based clash coordination, Quantification, 4D Sequencing, Procurement, Information Management, Project Controls etc.

Application of VDC tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, Bluebeam Revu, Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc.

Work with SMEs to capture domain expertise and convert it into structured learning modules.

Design and deliver in-person/virtual technical training programs for a large group of employees

Develop learning content like manuals, slide decks, e-learning modules, and design interactive sessions

Provide post-training support and follow-up to reinforce learning, application on projects and answer ongoing questions

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and revise content as needed

Stay current with evolving technological trends in Construction Industry and update training offerings accordingly

Track and report on learner progress and training outcomes
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of construction technology/management field (etc.).

Ability to read, interpret, and explain construction drawings (ASMEP) and related documents such as submittals, RFIs, PCI etc.

Expert understanding of construction processes throughout various phases of construction (Bidding, pre-construction, construction, closeout and handover) and interdependence within the processes.

Strong hands-on experience with BIM Tools (Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, etc.)

Instructional Skills: Ability to teach, present, facilitate, and adapt to different learning styles, translate technical concepts into user-friendly instructions

Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to simplify complex subjects.

Collaboration: Ability to collaborate and work effectively with a diverse group of SMEs, trainees

Tools: Familiarity with modern training tools
Experience: Min 4+ years of experience on Construction Projects with a keen interest towards contributing to training initiatives and learning and development
Education: Bachelor’s degree (master’s is preferred) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management
