About the Role
We are looking for a highly proactive and execution-focused Founder’s Office Associate to work directly with the founders across strategy, operations, partnerships, growth initiatives, and special projects.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys solving problems, coordinating across teams, and taking ownership of high-impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
: Business Growth & Partnerships
· Identify relevant fashion, retail, SaaS, and startup exhibitions/events for participation
· Coordinate exhibition applications, logistics, and partnerships
· Identify and approach strategic collaborators, agencies, consultants, and ecosystem partners
· Help build and manage channel partner relationships
· Coordinate meetings with key stakeholders in the fashion and apparel industry
Fundraising & Strategic Initiatives
· Assist in investor outreach and communication
· Coordinate pitch decks, investor materials, and follow-ups
· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity mapping
· Support founders on strategic business initiatives
Founder’s Office & Internal Operations
· Manage founder schedules, meetings, and priorities
· Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks and projects
· Track deliverables, deadlines, and action items
· Help improve internal operational workflows and reporting systems
Research & Database Building
· Build and maintain databases of:
· Fashion brands
· Boutiques
· Influencers & collaborators
· Investors
· Channel partners
· Conduct research for growth opportunities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives
Recruitment & Team Coordination
· Assist in recruitment and hiring coordination
· Source candidates and coordinate interviews
· Support onboarding and team coordination activities
Client & Account Coordination
· Coordinate with key accounts and enterprise leads
· Ensure smooth communication between teams and clients
· Assist in onboarding and relationship management processes
Skills & Qualifications
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Strong execution and problem-solving mindset
· Comfortable working in a startup environment
· Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, presentations, and basic project management tools
· Prior experience in operations, founder’s office, strategy, consulting, partnerships, or startups preferred
