SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to drive business development and strengthen referral relationships for our super specialty hospital.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospital/healthcare marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong network with doctors, clinics, corporates, and healthcare professionals
- Proficiency in MS Office
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to increase patient referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, corporates, and healthcare organizations
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the hospital's referral network
- Plan and coordinate health camps, CMEs, outreach programs, and promotional activities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prepare performance reports
- Lead and guide the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
