Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Head of Finance (CA Finalist) with a strong background in the Travel Industry to lead and manage the company’s financial operations, compliance, reporting, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate should possess excellent financial acumen, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in handling finance functions within a travel company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end finance and accounts operations of the organization.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle airline/vendor reconciliations, travel-related financial transactions, and payment cycles.
- Monitor cash flow, revenue analysis, profitability, and cost control.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Develop and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes.
- Support management with strategic financial planning and decision-making.
- Manage and mentor the finance & accounts team.
Mandatory Requirements
- CA Finalist is mandatory
- Must have prior experience in the Travel Industry
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

Compensation
Salary: Best in the industry, based on experience and expertise.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
