As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, compliance, and exit formalities.
This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with management to build strong HR processes, foster a positive work culture, and support the company's growth by attracting, developing, and retaining the right talent.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and compliance within a fast-paced organisation.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants, job portals, and referral networks to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Schedule interviews with department heads and ensure a seamless hiring experience
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Ensure timely issuance of appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, warning letters, and experience certificates.
- Implement and maintain HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and company guidelines.
- Manage attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate with finance and external consultants for payroll processing and statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other applicable compliance requirements.
- Coordinate probation reviews, performance appraisals, KRAs/KPIs, and employee development initiatives.
- Organise training sessions, team-building activities, employee engagement programs, and recognition initiatives.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work culture while acting as the primary HR point of contact for employees.
- Maintain HRMS, employee databases, attendance systems, and HR reports.
- Prepare monthly HR MIS, recruitment reports, attrition reports, and manpower updates.
- Continuously improve HR processes and recommend initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- 3–6 years of experience in Human Resources with exposure to recruitment and HR operations.
- Experience in Real Estate, Consulting, BFSI, Startups, or Service Industries will be preferred.
- Experience handling end-to-end employee lifecycle management in a growing organisation is an added advantage.

- Sound knowledge of HR operations, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
