We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer who has strong expertise in Interior Construction & Fit-out Projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing site execution, material planning, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely project delivery with high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily interior site activities, ensuring execution as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth workflow.
- Prepare BOQ, material requirements, and ensure timely procurement.
- Monitor project progress, quality checks, and maintain documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance regulations at the site.
- Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and provide regular project updates.
- Manage work schedules, timelines, and resolve site-related issues effectively.
- Ability to interpret civil & interior drawings (structural, electrical, plumbing, and finishing).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of field experience in interior execution or fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of finishing work (POP, False Ceiling, Flooring, Paint, Carpentry alignment, Plumbing, Electrical coordination, etc.).
- Ability to handle manpower and multiple site tasks independently.
- Good communication & project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD & project documentation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
