Job Summary
We are hiring 5 Market Research Interviewers & Team Leads to conduct high-quality primary research through direct interactions with industry stakeholders. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 months of international calling experience and should be comfortable working night shifts.
As a Market Research Interviewer, you will conduct interviews, gather research data, and support consulting and business research projects.
As a Team Lead, in addition to conducting research interviews, you will independently manage client projects, lead a team of interviewers, monitor quality and productivity, and ensure timely project delivery while coordinating with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct primary research through telephonic interviews and questionnaires.
- Engage with industry experts and respondents to collect reliable insights.
- Design and follow discussion guides and survey questionnaires.
- Collect, validate, and maintain research data with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain professional communication with stakeholders and respondents.
- (Team Lead) Independently handle assigned projects, manage day-to-day team operations, mentor team members, monitor performance, and ensure project timelines and quality standards are consistently achieved.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 months of international calling experience (mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities.
- Comfortable conducting telephonic interviews and surveys.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
