Role Overview
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance awareness, engagement, and business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong marketing expertise, creative vision, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with content, design, social media, and performance marketing teams to deliver cohesive brand initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights studies to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage brand communication across digital, offline, PR, events, and partnership channels.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, case studies, and brand assets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, brand metrics, and customer feedback to optimize strategies.
- Coordinate product launches, events, and promotional activities from a branding perspective.
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Ensure all brand communications reflect the company’s values, vision, and market positioning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, communications, or related functions.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and marketing principles.
- Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and campaign data.
- Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and cross-functional departments.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in startups, SaaS, HRTech, Employee Engagement, Consumer Tech, or B2B technology sectors.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing.
- Experience managing employer branding and corporate communications initiatives.
- Familiarity with PR, influencer marketing, and event marketing.
