Ensure all filings are accurate and thoroughly audited. • Final Settlements: Oversee the Full & Final (F&F) process, ensuring precise calculations of Gratuity, Leave Encashment, and notice period recoveries. • Budget Formulation: Lead the annual Manpower Budgeting exercise by collaborating actively with Department Heads to forecast hiring needs and payroll costs. • Variance Analysis: Conduct monthly Budget vs. Actual analysis to accurately track headcount costs and provide insights on clear cost-saving opportunities. • Incentive Management: Budget for and process annual bonuses, performance-linked incentives, and standard statutory increments. • HRMS Administration: Act as the functional Admin for the HRMS/HRIS platform (Adrenalin), ensuring the complete database is current, secure, and fully compliant. • Benefits & Vendors: Manage third-party vendors for meal cards, health insurance, and other employee benefits, including monthly top-ups and strict service level monitoring. • Executive Reporting: Design and deliver comprehensive Monthly MIS reports configured for Finance and Senior Management visibility. • Advanced Analytics: Utilize Advanced Excel methodologies to isolate and identify trends in attrition, workplace attendance, and payroll overheads. • Audit Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external HR audits, providing data-backed evidence of seamless process compliance. - Data Integrity: Ensure zero discrepancies in payroll and employee data processing.
- Tools & Platforms: Advanced proficiency in HRMS platforms such as Adrenalin, SAP, or similar systems, along with strong Microsoft Excel skills (Macros, Pivot Tables, and complex logical formulas).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the complete employee life cycle, Indian labor laws, and statutory income tax regulations.
