About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Personal Assistant to support a dynamic entrepreneur involved in multiple businesses across different industries.
The ideal candidate should be capable of managing schedules, coordinating business activities, handling communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires someone who can work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Calendar Management
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
- Coordinate business and personal commitments efficiently.
- Maintain and organize calendars and reminders.
Communication Management
- Draft and respond to emails, messages, and business correspondence.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication is mandatory.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, business associates, and team members.
Administrative Support
- Manage documents, reports, presentations, and records.
- Organize and maintain Google Drive and digital filing systems.
- Handle office administration and coordination activities.
Social Media & Digital Support
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of social media platforms.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn management and professional networking.
- Coordinate content, posts, and business communications where required.
Technology & AI Tools
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity applications.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Support automation and process improvements wherever possible.
Travel Coordination
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Pune, Shirdi, and other locations as required.
General Support
- Assist with business follow-ups and task management.
- Coordinate between multiple businesses and stakeholders.
- Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely completion.
Mandatory Requirements

✅ Valid driving license and ability to drive confidently
✅ Fast response and communication on WhatsApp
✅ Good knowledge of LinkedIn and social media platforms
✅ Strong knowledge of Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and digital tools
✅ Familiarity with AI tools and modern productivity software
✅ Multitasker with strong organizational skills
✅ Patient, professional, and solution-oriented attitude
✅ Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently
✅ Willing to travel when required
